Cannon's Sweet Hots is now a member of The Truck Farm, located in Las Cruces, NM, just up the road from the famous Hatch Chile Fields. The Truck Farm is a family owned and operated specialty food producer that has been manufacturing specialty chile products since 1998, and we are carrying on the tradition of southwestern flavors started by the Cannon's in 1977. We are pleased to have this opportunity to introduce ourselves and our unique chile products to the Cannons' many fine customers all over the world.
After months of effort we have finally been able to add our other products to the site including our Tia Rita's Southwestern Mixes, our Desert Farms Gourmet Condiments, and The Truck Farm's sauces such as Besito Caliente and Cherry A'More. These join the Cannon's line that was already here, such as our Sweet Hots Mild & Hot, Just Plain Green Chile and Cannon Green Chile Fire Salsa. We have also updated our gift basket page to provide a greater range of options. Also new to our site is our monthly newsletter, be sure to subscribe to receive recipe ideas and exclusive monthly specials.
Our chile is so versatile, it can be used in appetizers, entrees and even dessert! Or, you can simply open a jar and pour over cream cheese. Here are just a few: (more available on the recipes page. Our loyal customers are always sending us new ideas).
