We just made this tonight with ground turkey meat. It was SO delicious! I grew up in Las Cruces, and living in Seattle I can’t find anything that tastes like the original NM chili food! Amazing!

Cooked this last night! It was so easy and SO delicious!!! I did not feel like making tortillas and we had leftover burger buns. Put this on a bun with shredded cheese and salsa!! Mmmm good!!
