In an attempt to find a healthier way to enjoy all my favorite things, I took some plain GREEK non-fat yoghurt and mixed in a package of Medium Tia Rita's Instant Salsa Mix. After it had set an adequate amount of time to rehydrate, I dove into it with some Sweet Potato Chips (no-salt). It was great, and just as delicious as the fatted calf (sour-cream) and salty potato chips...

Speaking of Sweet Potatoes, I heard about someone dipping their Sweet Potato Fries in Besito Caliente. That sounds really amazing! and good!

I made Chicken A'More last night. I took a boneless, skinless chicken breast and poured some Cherry A'More over it and let it sit for awhile. Then I put it in a hot pan on the stove (a little bit of EVOO to make it not stick). I let it sear on both sides, put a little bit of salt and pepper on it and then covered it and turned the heat down so it could finish cooking. When it was done, it was absolutely delicious. I made sure I poured the little bit of pan juices onto the chicken breast! Deliciouso!
