We haven't been updating this blog as much as we would like to, so it has been awhile since anything has been posted here.  Now is the time of the year to tell you about changes we will be making in the New Year.  We aren't going to try to reinvent the wheel or anything, but there will be a few changes.  First off, on the 2nd of January we will update the bestsellers page to show the top ten most popular products of 2011 based upon units sold.  Secondly, we hope to add a forum area to the site to make it easier for the fans of our products to communicate with each other.  Thirdly, we will be updating the Chile Time blog on a more regular basis.  Lastly, tell us in the comments below what else you think we need to do, and the doable will be done.

The only thing you could possibly do better, in my book, is to come and cook each product in my kitchen for me! You folks are simply the best. I have shared the site with many people. All it takes is for one person to try one product and they will be hooked,
for life, just as I am. I've just placed an order which includes my very favorite "Sweet Hots" (which I absolutely LOVE!) and I am trying Besito Caliente for the first time. Living in Florida, one would think I have access to many great Hispanic products.
I do not. There is nothing that even comes close to the products being shipped out of NM, namely yours! Keep up everything you are doing ---- you folks ROCK! P.S. As you bring in new products, I would hope you would highlight them so that "we" spot them easily
and can order them. I try to buy a new product with each order.

Our product lines are pretty well set for now, though we hope to introduce new stuff in the future after our big move. For now the only new product we've concocted in the past year is the Centennial Seasoning we introduced in the past month, but it is
only a limited run to celebrate New Mexico's 100rd years of statehood.
